If you would like to hold a press conference during the fair, you can make use of the following services. We would, however, like to point out that it is only recommended to hold a press event if new information or products are going to be presented.

• Date coordination - also for press events at your stand
• Reservation of a conference room on the trade fair grounds (free of charge)
• Provision of trade fair caterers, interpreters and technical equipment (extra charge)
• Publication of your date in Koelnmesse's "Calendar of Events for the Press"

Are you expecting any high-profile guests at your stand? Or are you perhaps planning to surprise visitors with a very special event? If so, then please let us know by e-mail.

If you commission photographers or video teams with taking photos or shooting videos on your fair stand, the persons you have commissioned must report to the respective Fair Security Office in charge at n.messewache@koelnmesse.de , Tel. +49 221 821-2551. This office will then issue these persons with a permit providing them with access to the exhibition halls also after 6:00 p.m.
