Early build-up period and extended dismantling

Advanced build-up is possible from the from 16.06.2025 for a fee.

Following the opening times for the early build-up period:

The costs for the early build-up are amounting to Euro 1,500.00 EUR (plus VAT) per day, per exhibitor and hall level, excluding the days on which the halls are closed. This fee will be charged from the day your early build-up begins and will be calculated until 17.06.2025. Please use the following form to order the early build-up.

The invoice for the advance set-up will be charged exclusively to the exhibitor after the trade fair. Invoicing to a third-party company is not possible. In case of a different invoice address, the exhibitor is the recipient of services.

As a precautionary measure, we would like to point out that the goods lifts will only be put into operation on request during the early assembly period. If you would like to use the lifts in Halls 4, 5 and 11, we ask you, or your stand construction company, to contact the company RAD (phone +49 0221 284-8006, dispo-koelnmesse@rad-sicherheit.com ) 5 days before the start of construction. For use of the goods lifts in Hall 10 please contact S.E.C, Operations Management South, phone +49 221-284 9262, einsatzleitung.sued@sec-security.de .

The lifts may only be put into operation by employees of Koelnmesse GmbH or companies commissioned by Koelnmesse GmbH. The costs for using the lifts are included in the price.

Furthermore, we would like to point out that the halls will only be air-conditioned from the official construction date, 18.06.2025. We expressly point out that set-up at an earlier date than the official set-up date of 18.06.2025 is at the exhibitor's own risk. Koelnmesse GmbH accepts no liability within the scope of the statutory provisions.

The booking of an eSlot (time slot) is mandatory for access to the exhibition grounds. The booking in the eSlot portal will be activated for you from end of April.
