It truly is an all-rounder and offers baking, grilling, smoking, simmering, and cooking. The large baking and grilling surface, of 80 cm x 50 cm, offers ample room to prepare your favourite dishes. With the 800er you can bake and grill at the same time, by simply using the clay stone on one side and the grill over open, aromatic fire on the other. With enough space for serving 4 to 8 people, this all-rounder is ideal for memorable parties of family and friends under the stars! Whether Winter or Summer, every season is outdoor cooking season! The Merklinger 800 comes with 4 natural clay bricks, produced to the highest craftsmanship in Bavaria. They are simple to insert in the oven, and are grooved on the bottom to distribute the heat more evenly. This is Merklinger’s underfloor heating principle. An extendable grill is also available, and allows for exceptional grilling.
